Fair Housing Statement
Last updated August 4, 2026
The Fair Housing Act prohibits discrimination in the sale, rental, or financing of housing based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, or disability. Florida law adds additional protections. Dary Carreras, REALTOR® with CENTURY 21 Tenace Realty (FL License #3603315), does not discriminate on any of these bases, and holds every client — buyer, seller, or renter — to the same standard of service regardless of background.
What this means in practice
- Every client is shown the same properties, given the same information, and offered the same terms for the same type of transaction.
- Marketing and advertising for listed properties describes the property, not a preferred type of buyer.
- Language assistance (English/Spanish) is offered so no client is disadvantaged by which language they're most comfortable in.
If you believe you've experienced discrimination
You can file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development at hud.gov/fairhousing, or with the Florida Commission on Human Relations at fchr.myflorida.com. You're also welcome to raise a concern directly — see contact info below.
